Beti is an advanced, cloud-based platform designed to allow construction companies to easily and efficiently supervise and coordinate workflows and worker safety on the site.

‍Beti rapidly grew and developed into an extensive platform with various innovative tools and features enabling construction managers to streamline their work processes.

As part of our expansion in the US market, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our ‘Construction Digital Revolution’. 

The Candidate will drive our growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities and play a strategic role in our continued expansion.

You will be working among the best talents in TLV & NYC in a fast-paced startup environment.

About The Role
  • Establish an active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods 
  • Maintain a high level and quality of daily activity via email, LinkedIn, phone, or at events (virtual or in-person).
  • Actively listen and understand the prospect's needs so you can best address how Beti will add value. 
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies to build a pipeline and consistently achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
  • Flawless English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Working at US hours. Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 10:30 PM (15:30 - 22:30). 
  • As the first point of contact with prospective customers, your excitement, knowledge, and passion will drive new business growth.
  • Ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
  • Excitement and passion for closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement Job Description 
  • Strong organizational skills
